Documents you must prepare

  • Business registration certificate / incorporation documents
  • Tax returns for the last 1–2 years
  • Audited or accountant-prepared financial statements
  • Last 6 months of business and personal bank statements
  • Contracts or invoices from major clients
  • Letter from your accountant confirming income and active trading

Write your own 'employer letter'

Write a letter on your business letterhead, addressed to the embassy, stating your role, the business start date, your annual income, and your planned dates of absence. Sign it as the company's director.
