At Doc'o Visa, we want you to be fully satisfied with your consultation. Here is our refund policy.
Full refund
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- You request a refund before a specialist has responded to your consultation
- We are unable to assist with your specific query
- Your consultation was not responded to within 48 hours of payment
No refund
Refunds will not be issued if:
- A specialist has already responded to your consultation
- You simply changed your mind after receiving advice
- The visa decision made by an embassy did not go in your favour (we provide guidance, not decisions)
How to request a refund
Contact us at support@docovisa.com with your consultation reference number. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
