1. About Doc'o Visa

Doc'o Visa is an information and consultation service. We provide general guidance on visa applications, requirements, and documentation. Doc'o Visa is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.

2. Visa decisions

All visa decisions are made by sovereign governments, embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities. Doc'o Visa has no influence over these decisions and cannot guarantee any outcome. We provide guidance only.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree that:

4. No guarantee of approval

Doc'o Visa does not guarantee visa approval, processing times, or any specific outcome. Visa requirements and policies change frequently and without notice.

5. Payment terms

Consultations are charged at a flat fee of USD $10 per consultation. The fee is payable in advance via Stripe or Paystack. The $10 fee is for access to specialist guidance and a written chat response - it is not a payment for a guaranteed visa outcome.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doc'o Visa's total liability arising out of or relating to any consultation is limited to the amount you paid for that consultation. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including missed travel, denied entry, or refused visa applications.

8. Privacy

We treat consultation details and uploaded documents as confidential. Do not share full passport numbers in chat - use the last 4 digits only.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Doc'o Visa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
