• Account details: your name, email, and password hash.
• Consultation details: the questions, travel plans, and documents you share with our specialists.
• Payment metadata from Stripe or Paystack (we never store full card numbers).
• Basic usage analytics so we can improve the product.

3. How we use your information

We use your data to deliver consultations, respond to your questions, process payments, send transactional emails, and keep Doc'o Visa secure. We do not sell your data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers required to run Doc'o Visa - for example our payment processors, email provider, and database host - under contracts that protect your data.

5. Document handling

Uploaded documents are stored privately and are only accessible to you and the assigned specialist. Please do not share full passport numbers in chat - use the last 4 digits only.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. You can also delete your account from your settings page.
